Established in the year 1986, we are one of the leading manufacturer of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) or Polypropylene Woven Bags in Malaysia. Products handed also include:

Titanium Dioxide, Carbon Black, Kaolin, Milk Products, Sugar, Starch, Cement, Plastic Granules, Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Chemical Powder, Stearic Acid flake or powder, Salt Urea and etc.

Extrussion

Processing of raw material (PP) into yarn for weaving into fabric and knitting into belt, ribbon and rope. Yarn are then wind onto bobbin and are neatly packed and stored.

Weaving

Yarn are weaved into fabric for use mainly as body of whole bag and top or bottom part.

Knitting & Braiding

Yarns are knitting into belt for use mainly as loop and ribbon or rope for fixing purpose.

Lamination

Fabrics are sent for lamination if required.

Cutting

Fabric are cut into pieces of respective sizes as a body of whole bag, top or bottom part, inner layer, spout, flap and reinforcement cloth. Belts are cut into respective length as loop (handle) and enforcement loop. Rope and ribbon are cut for tying purposes.

Folding / Creasing / Making

Yarns are knitting into belt for use mainly as loop and ribbon or rope for fixing purpose.

Printing

Company's logo or other contents can be printed at a nominal cost.

Sewing

All components are assembled by professional skilled operators.

Quality Checking

Testing the tensile strength of PP extruded tapes.

Packing

Storage / Distribution

The filled FIBC is suspended from a frame providing single-point lifting and a flat pressure plate restrained from below is positioned on top of the contents.

An upward force equivalent to the specified test load is then applied to the frame, lifting the FIBC against resistance of the plate.

The FIBC is then checked for:

  • Leakage of contents
  • Breakage of any of the lifting devices to the extent that it ceases to support its load.
  • Protrusion of the liner (where lifted).
